High Volume Special Washers

For high volume special washers and metal stampings Andre is equipped to meet your engineering specifications efficiently and economically. Our full service tooling department can provide the engineering design and tooling pertinent to your production needs. We produce custom components in a wide range of materials including high and low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and other customer specified materials. Andre is a fully integrated company, in our steel division we slit steel coils up to ½" thick helping to provide quick turn-around time on customer orders.

We utilize SPC throughout our manufacturing process, providing highest quality standards for all products. We can implement a complete quality program to meet automotive specifications, and accommodate all automotive quality requirements with documentation. Plus, our system allows for the traceability of materials throughout the manufacturing process. Every box of parts can be traced back throughout all processes to the raw materials. Complete material, heat treat and plating certificates are also available.
